Manufactured under strict codes and supervision of the United States Coast Guard, it contains solid, closed-cell plastic throughout. It is soft and resilient to the touch yet is almost indestructible! The Soft-Tex surface resists weather and temperature extremes and will not rot or mildew.

Please specify wording for top and bottom, maximum number of letters and/or spaces in each half is 12; 6 in each quarter. Choose red, blue, black, or burgundy letters.
