Free Shipping


Everything Nautical offers free UPS Ground shipping on most orders of $99 or more to destinations within the continental United States.  Exclusions apply to oversize and overweight items.


Ground Shipping Information - Continental U.S.

 

  • Orders of $99 or more ship for free via UPS Ground. Exclusions apply to oversize and overweight items.
  • Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99. Exclusions apply to oversize and overweight items.
  • UPS is our standard method of shipment for Ground shipments.
  • Most orders (other than personalized items) ship out within 2-3 business days (M-F) of receipt.
  • Shipments going to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
  • We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
  • Once shipped, items typically take 2-5 days to arrive. You will receive an email with your tracking number so that you know when to expect your package.



Shipping Information - Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and U.S. Territories

 

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. 
  • Most orders ship out within 2-3 business days (M-F) of receipt.
  • Shipments are made via UPS and USPS Airmail.
  • Shipments going to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
  • UPS Ground service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and even some U.S. Territories, although it is slow and not usually cost effective.
  • We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
  • The timeline for delivery will depend upon the service used. You will receive an email with your tracking number so that you know when to expect your package.

International Shipping Policy

 

  • Everything Nautical ships to U.S. & Canadian addresses only.  We do not ship to any other international destinations.
  • Shipments to Canada will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
  • On Canadian orders our website applies no shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged. You will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges prior to shipment.
  • Shipments are made via UPS and USPS Airmail.
  • You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. that a foreign sovereign entity may place on your shipment.
  • International orders may not be returned under any circumstances.
  • We will not send a replacement if an item arrives damaged. A full refund will be issued for a damaged item only after proof of that has been received (images must be supplied).

Expedited Shipping Policy

 

  • CALL 888-211-4490 EXT. 1 FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
  • Shipments are made via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air and USPS Airmail.
  • All efforts are made to ship the same day the order is received.
  • Orders received after 2 pm CT may not ship until the next business day (M-F).
  • Orders received over the weekend will not ship until the next business day.
  • We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
  • Please note that not all products are available for expedited shipping due to policy rules of some manufacturers.
  • If you place your order prior to receiving a shipping quote you will be contacted to approve the shipping charges prior to shipment.
  • Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information. If we cannot reach you the shipment of your package may be delayed.
