I give Everything Nautical a 5 Star review! I am extremely satisfied with the Riva Triton boat model .The craftsmanship is on another level compared to their competitors. Working with Gary and his daughter was a pleasant endeavor. I was kept informed all along the way during the building process . The model was delivered in an indestructible wooden crate that was enclosed by a heavy duty box that even Fedex couldn't damage. This is undoubtedly the best product and price anywhere to be found. I would definitely buy from Everything Nautical again

I could not be more pleased to write a review! The brass bell I ordered for a NY Maritime graduate is simply gorgeous! When I rang the bell, I gasped with delight! She is going to love it! After I ordered it, I asked my son how he would like the plaque to read (his girlfriend), and it was quite different from what I had ordered. However, I contacted customer service, and they were promptly able to make the changes. The bell was delivered much quicker than I anticipated. I wish I had gotten one for my son (also a Fort Schuyler grad). 5 Star Review! Everything Nautical is absolutely fantastic! I placed an order (with them) a year ago for some award ceremony items to keep on hand and had no issues. However, when those well 'planned' items couldn't be found, I had to place a last minute order. Their website is super friendly, especially if you are worried about shipping time.* I did call and leave a voicemail, and placed my order online on Friday with a note about my shipping time frame worry. Shortly after placing the order, Everything Nautical called to confirm receipt and said it would be shipped that day. I received it on Monday! Been looking at various nautical items for my backyard and deck for 3 years. That entire time I was looking for 2 matching brass lanterns, electrified. The products are well made, fitting description and well represented visually on their site--but it is the combination of product plus service that makes them stand out. Thanks for following up with me. I had gone to the UPS tracking site & corrected the address Sunday evening. I recently retired to the coast of Florida from the beautiful state of Vermont. Since I was now living near the ocean I wanted to introduce a Nautical theme in my new Florida home. I ordered a decorative metal wall sculpture from "Everything Nautical" and was thrilled when I received it.The piece was better than I expected, the price was competitive and the item was produced in Bali using "Fair Trade" guidelines, but that's not the whole story...
Living in rural Vermont there are not a lot of shopping opportunities, so I have to buy some things on line and this purchase was the easiest I've experienced. The product was well packaged and arrived undamaged and in perfect condition...and it arrived the very next day!
There are a lot of companies on the internet, and this is the best company I've done business with...not among the best, the best!
So, if you're considering something nautical...go to "Everything Nautical". They do business the old fashioned way where quality, price, and service still matter!!
