Returns & Exchanges
|
- Return any
unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for
credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. You are
responsible for freight back to our warehouses. After
30 days the manufacturers' warranty applies. If items are returned after the 30 days, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee, or un able to return merchandise.
- All Returns must be received
in resalable condition, if a return is damaged we reserve
the right to refuse, replace, repair, and or with hold
credit at everything nauticals discretion.
- Please contact us for a RA
(Return Authorization) and instructions
- With all
returns, please include:
your name, shipping address, credit card number and
expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation
of what you want done with your return - for example, refund
your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
- Special orders are not
eligible to be returned.
- All sales of Delmar Watches
are final. Delmar Watches are not eligible for return
or exchange.

quote prior to mailing your order. You may send payment
by money order or wire transfer.

ORDERING WITH A
GIFT CERTIFICATE: |
- Online
orders need to include credit card account information
so that the order can be processed online.
- Your
credit card will not be charged anything unless the
purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate.
- Phone
orders? Please provide club/chapter name, dollar amount,
and the GDS-number.
- Internet
orders please list club/chapter name, dollar amount, and
the GDS-number under the "Comments" field.
- Limit one

Shipping Information |
- United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard
method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
- Most orders ship out via UPS within 2-3 business days (M-F)
received.
- International orders take longer. We will
contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding
your order, or if there will be a significant delay in
processing your order.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
- Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be
shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping
option chosen.

- We ship to all
US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US
Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.
- We do not
ship to any other international destinations. All
addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of
shipping.
- NOTE: When
ordering on-line our website applies no shipping
cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the
cost before your credit card is charged.
- Please feel
free to
contact us for a shipping estimate.
- We ship via
UPS and USPS Airmail.
- OUTSIDE THE
USA -- You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since
exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready
for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination
and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your
invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample
package using the service you select. Your credit card will
be charged exact cost of shipping your order. You will be contacted

Wayzata reserves the right to substitute
comparable products of equal or greater value to the customer's
original order for out of stock items. In the event we do not
have sufficient inventory to ship your order, we will notify you

Any sales, use or applicable tax is based
on the location to which the order is shipped.
All sales are subject to sales and use
taxes for sales to residents of all States where sales and use

time of the sale a valid resale exemption certificate or direct

section of these Terms of Sale are deemed invalid, illegal or

Wayzata shall not be responsible for
damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other
actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not
limited to war, riot, seizure and embargo.
