Returns & Exchanges

  • Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. You are responsible for freight back to our warehouses.  After 30 days the manufacturers' warranty applies. If items are returned after the 30 days, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee, or un able to return merchandise.
  • All Returns must be received in resalable condition, if a return is damaged we reserve the right to refuse, replace, repair, and or with hold credit at everything nauticals discretion.
  • Please contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) and instructions
  • With all returns, please include:
    your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
  • Special orders are not eligible to be returned.
  • All sales of Delmar Watches are final.  Delmar Watches are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Large volume orders ($1000+ and / or over 50 pieces may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.  Call us for details.
  • Hats and articles of clothing are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been used or worn.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

  • DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
  • Please e-mail us at everythingnautical@gmail.com or call us at 1-888-211-4490 in case of damaged or lost shipments.
  • If you open the package and see that the item is damaged, stop, take a picture if you can this will help speed up the replacement procedure.  Give us a call, send us an email everythingnautical@gmail.com.

  • Money orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted.
  • All orders outside the U.S.A. should be wire transfer in U.S. funds.

ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET:
  • Ordering over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure. When you order from Everything Nautical over the internet, you connect with Yahoo Store's secure server which protects your credit card and personal information.

  • Firefox users should see the unbroken key symbol when you check out.
  • Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.
  • Please note: some quantity discounts, shipping rates on certain internet specials, and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.
  • Everything Nautical has a $20.00 minimum order.

  • Our phone hours are from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Central Time. Monday - Friday (except for major national holidays).

ORDERING BY MAIL:

  • When you order by mail, please be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Include $9.95 to cover standard shipping on all orders totaling less than $125.
  • Outside the 48 States? Please call us for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order. You may send payment by money order or wire transfer.
  • Please note: we do not accept personal checks.
  • Everything Nautical has a $20.00 minimum order.
  • ORDERING WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

    • Online orders need to include credit card account information so that the order can be processed online.
    • Your credit card will not be charged anything unless the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate.
    • Phone orders? Please provide club/chapter name, dollar amount, and the GDS-number.
    • Internet orders please list club/chapter name, dollar amount, and the GDS-number under the "Comments" field.
    • Limit one gift certificate per customer, family, address, and/or transaction.
    Shipping Information
    • United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
    • Most orders ship out via UPS within 2-3 business days (M-F) received.
    • International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
    • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
    • Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
    Shipping Methods / Options -- Domestic (USA)
    • We use UPS Ground to ship to most addresses in the continental US.
    • UPS "Ground" Service is available to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and even some U.S. Territories, although it is slow and not usually cost effective.
    Express Shipping, Next Day and 2-Day Air packages
    • On UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.
    • Orders received after 2 pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day.
    • We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
    • Large, bulky, or heavy items may incur additional Express (air) Shipping charges.
    • Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information.
    • If we cannot reach you the shipping of your package may be delayed.

    International Shipping Options
    • We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.
    • We do not ship to any other international destinations. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
    • NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies no shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.
    • Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate.
    • We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
    • OUTSIDE THE USA -- You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order.  You will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges.

    Wayzata reserves the right to substitute comparable products of equal or greater value to the customer's original order for out of stock items. In the event we do not have sufficient inventory to ship your order, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.     Any sales, use or applicable tax is based on the location to which the order is shipped.

    All sales are subject to sales and use taxes for sales to residents of all States where sales and use tax is applicable, unless there is on file with Wayzata at the time of the sale a valid resale exemption certificate or direct pay certificate.

    In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. 

    Wayzata shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure and embargo. 

    These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by Wayzata without notice, and are current as of the date of the current website.
