Returns & Exchanges |
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange. You are responsible for freight back to our warehouses. After 30 days the manufacturers' warranty applies.
- All Returns must be received in resalable condition, if a return is damaged we reserve the right to refuse, replace, repair, and or withhold credit at our discretion.
- Unless an item arrives damaged, we cannot refund the initial shipping charge. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be responsible for the initial shipping charges on any non-damaged returned item.
- Please contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) and instructions
- With all returns, please include:
your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
- Special orders are not eligible to be returned. Large volume orders ($1,000+ and / or over 50 pieces may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Call us for details.
- Hats and articles of clothing are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been used or worn.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments |
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
- Please e-mail us at everythingnautical@gmail.com or call us at 1-888-211-7935 in case of damaged or lost shipments. We will gladly replace your damaged item at no cost to you. We will also pay the return shipping charge to our warehouse for the damaged item once you have obtained the RMA
- If you open the package and see that the item is damaged, stop, take a picture if you can this will help speed up the replacement procedure.

- We hate spam! Everything Nautical does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone.
- We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time.
- If you ever get e-mail or newsletters from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists.
