Returns & Exchanges |
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 60 days of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange. After 60 days the manufacturers' warranty (if any) applies. Please email us at www.everythingnautical.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
- For items priced under $99, unless an item arrives damaged (see Reporting Damaged or Lost Shipments below) you are responsible for freight back to our warehouse, and for the initial shipping charge.
- For items priced over $99 (excluding furniture), we are offering a RISK FREE CUSTOMER GUARANTEE. If you return your item within the 60 day window, we will pay to have the item shipped back to us and we will also refund your initial shipping charge in addition to the cost of the item.
- Please note that the risk free return policy for items over $99 does not apply to orders shipping to destinations outside the 48 contiguous United States.
- All Returns must be received in resalable condition, if a return is damaged we reserve the right to refuse, replace, repair, and or withhold credit at our discretion.
- Please contact us at everythingnautical@gmail.com for an RMA and instructions.
- Special orders (such as personalized items or other made to order items) are not eligible to be returned. Large volume orders ($1,000+ and / or over 50 pieces may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Call us for details.
- Hats and articles of clothing are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been used or worn.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments |
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
- Please e-mail us at everythingnautical@gmail.com WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving the damaged shipment. We will gladly replace your damaged item at no cost to you. We will also pay the return shipping charge to our warehouse for the damaged item once you have obtained the RMA.
- If you open the package and see that the item is damaged, please stop&take a picture if you can. This will help speed up the replacement procedure.

- We hate spam! Everything Nautical does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone.
