The Everything Nautical Heavy Duty Porthole Window is 16"(24lbs), the glass on the window is 1/2" thick. It will make a great gift or impressive and functional decoration. Very close to 17" porthole mirror which was discontinued years ago. The width of the glass measures "13.25. This item does not come with hardware but can be purchased at your local hardware store.

Note: this item CAN be used on an exterior door as it has a water tight seal.
