These custom made ships are available as a FULLY ASSEMBLED model. Master craftsmen use historical photographs, drawings, or original plans to meticulously handcraft these highly detailed wood models from scratch. They are built to the scale of your choice with high-grade woods such as western red cedar, rosewood, and mahogany. They are 100% hand built, painted, and finished individually using the plank-on-frame construction method, similar to the building of actual ships. Each model requires hundreds of hours to finish and must go through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop. Most models are crafted and shipped within 90 days, but please note that some very large or highly detailed pieces will take longer.
Your model will come standard with a solid wood base and brass nameplate. For a more personalized gift or display, consider adding on a fully customized nameplate plaque with your choice of text and/or logo. This product will make a stunning and unique gift for any home or office decorator, boat enthusiast, or passionate collector.
